25 to 25

When I was 22 I made a list of 25 things I want to do before I’m 25. I originally posted about that here, but I figured if I’m going to cross this stuff off I should keep a real record of it. So. This isn’t a complete Bucket List by any means, just 25 before I’m 25. Edit: maybe more like 25 before I’m done being 25..? Does that count?

  1. Graduate universityMay 2014
  2. Visit a country I’ve never been toJune/July/August 2017
  3. Be published – a book or short story:
  4. Own my first carApril 2014. Second car, December 2014
  5. Go spelunking:
  6. Run a 5K – maybe the Color Run?: Paladin 5K, March 4, 2017
  7. Learn a new language:
  8. Learn to play the guitar, or relearn to play the piano:
  9. Have/use a gym membership consistentlyJanuary-May 2014, August 2014-present.
  10. Go geocaching: started 29 October 2015
  11. Solve a Rubik’s cube:
  12. Learn to drive manual transmission:
  13. Be a bride’s maid for my sister’s weddingAugust 11, 2014
  14. Apply/interview for/start with the Peace Corps: Applied January 15, 2015.
  15. Visit Key West with friends: Spring Break, February 2015
  16. Visit the west coast of the USbeing in a western-coastal state counts, right? August 2015
  17. Go surfing in the US:

Admittedly some of my priorities have changed since I wrote this, but I’m going to stick with the original draft, because that’ll keep things more interesting. I hope.
