Tis the Season… for the Flu

Fever. Cough. Sore throat. Fatigue. Swollen tonsils. Stuffy nose. Runny nose. Stuffy runny nose. Headaches. Body aches. Chills. Crappy sleep. No appetite. Dehydration. Hallucinations.

Yes, my friends, tis the season. I’ve been heavily medicated and couch-bound for the past two days, which doesn’t seem like a lot, but when you’re there, it seems like eternity. Hopefully the ickiness goes away quickly and I can return to my normal chipper self. I’m so damn tired, and yet all I’ve done when I’m not at work the past couple of days is half-sleep on the couch. Where has my energy gone?

  1. I hope you get better! For some reason, I rarely get sick… I may be jinxing myself there.

The worst I’ve had in the past few years is a bit of a cold and a tiny vomit. (Nothing came out btw hahahaha)
